AVEVA WonderWare Software Maintenance Renewal

NASA Stennis Space Center requires the renewal of AVEVA Wonderware Software Maintenance to ensure continued technical support and access to software upgrades. NASA/NSSC intends to award a sole source contract to INSOURCE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC. for the renewal of AVEVA WonderWare Software Maintenance. This decision is based on the determination that INSOURCE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the sole provider of these services, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The procurement will be managed by NASA/NSSC, with performance at NASA/Stennis Space Center (SSC). The acquisition will follow commercial item and service procedures outlined in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, with a NAICS Code of 513210. Interested organizations can submit their capabilities and qualifications by 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on December 8, 2025, to potentially influence a competitive procurement. However, the government reserves the right to proceed with a non-competitive award. Oral communications are not accepted, and NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
