The Department of Defense, specifically the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Europe District, is seeking input through a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a new service strategy aimed at enhancing mission effectiveness across Europe and Africa. The district, which employs approximately 600 personnel, is looking to address capability and capacity requirements to meet national security needs, particularly in light of emerging workloads and new mission partners in various geographic locations. The strategy will explore optimizing performance and cost-efficiency by potentially shifting certain services from architect-engineer (A-E) contracts to professional services, as well as considering the use of personal services in select regions. Interested parties are encouraged to provide feedback on their current service offerings, potential service delivery improvements, and any constraints they may face in specific NATO countries.
