Description

The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Navy, is seeking a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of Design of Experiments training. This training program is intended for approximately fifteen Government personnel and consists of three one-week courses. The purpose of this training is to provide education and curriculum development in the field of Design of Experiments.
