    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking information from system integrators for the Integrated Data Environment (IDE) and Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) Program. The program requires support for the current operation and maintenance of the As Is system, migration of the As Is system to a cloud environment, and support enhancements. Interested parties are encouraged to respond, regardless of size or socioeconomic category.
