The Department of Defense, through the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), is conducting market research to identify potential sources for rack-mounted Analog Discrete Input Measurement instruments as part of the Engine Test Instrumentation Replacement System (ETIRS). The instruments must meet specific performance and environmental requirements, including compliance with military standards for vibration and environmental conditions, and may be Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) or Modified COTS products. Interested vendors are invited to submit their capabilities, past performance, and technical data sheets by December 16, 2024, to the designated contacts, Justin Panecki and Terrence Shearer, with no reimbursement for costs incurred in response to this Request for Information (RFI).
