    Presolicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY is seeking Topical Liquid Skin Adhesive. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Division and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support anticipate issuing a Sources Sought notification for the establishment of a Qualified Suppliers Listing (QSL) for this product. The QSL will be the basis of a separate Standardization Action resulting in an Incentive Agreement. Vendors interested in participating must have or be in the process of obtaining a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) and a separate commercial agreement with the current Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) for each MMESO Area of Responsibility.
