The contractor will analyze different datasets and generate a report showing replication of an already existing pipeline and analysis showing blood pressure pathways associated with cerebral small vessels disease. This procurement aims to support the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems by acquiring real world healthcare data and related services. ARPA-H requires real world data (RWD) to inform strategic direction and support individual mission offices and their research and development programs. The Agency is interested in technologies that can link records for individuals across all data sets using privacy preserving record linkage techniques (PPRL). Additionally, ARPA-H is exploring potential models to make integrated data sets available to the research community while complying with privacy and ethics agreements and lowering access barriers. Respondents are invited to identify potential economic models, limitations, and restrictions in this topic area.
