The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking proposals to lease office space in Bedford, Manchester, or Hooksett, New Hampshire, with a requirement for between 10,946 and 11,493 ABOA square feet. The lease will be for a term of 15 years, including a firm term of 10 years and an option for a 5-year renewal, with specific requirements for a professional office setting that is distanced from shelters and schools, and includes reserved parking. The leased space must meet modern design standards, be LEED certified, and comply with safety and environmental regulations, including the absence of hazardous materials and adherence to seismic safety standards. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform (RSAP) by December 6, 2024, with an anticipated occupancy date of June 4, 2025.
