The Department of Homeland Security, specifically the U.S. Coast Guard, is seeking qualified contractors to provide technical services for the build, installation, and testing of shaft seals for the Coast Guard Cutter Winslow, Griesser, at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Maryland.
