    Presolicitation Department of Energy Technical Development (TD) Support Services. This notice is for the procurement of Technical Development Support Services in support of the offices of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE). The services required include technical review of scientific and engineering studies, preparation of technology transfer products, development of program plans and evaluations, and technical expertise in various program and project evaluations.
