    Special Notice: U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking support services in seven service areas including Program Management, Survey Operations, Energy Analysis and Modeling, Data Integration, Information Technology Support, Product/Service Development Production and Marketing, and Organizational Support. These services are required to support the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). Interested parties should review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1 with this Special Notice. The estimated annual contractor support needed is 250 full time equivalents for a period of 5 years.
