    The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) including surgical masks, respirator masks, powered air purifying respirators, face shields, protective eyewear, gloves, surgical and isolation gowns, head and foot coverings, and other gear or clothing used to protect against disease transmission. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is intended to gather information on potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status. Interested vendors must sign a certificate confirming that all PPE provided is made in America. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. Interested parties must be registered and certified in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC) demonstrating their ability to manage the services.
