Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE National Guard Bureau J1 Combined Support Services The National Guard Bureau, under the Department of Defense, is seeking information and industry feedback for potential sources capable of providing J1 Combined Support Services. These services are intended to support multiple locations within the United States in accordance with Department of Defense standards and applicable laws. The services will be awarded through a competitive 8(a) acquisition. The Draft Performance Work Statement provides all the technical requirements for this effort, which may be subject to change. The services will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611, with a Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard of $24,500,000. The Government anticipates awarding a base and four option years plus a 6-month option. Interested companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and with their local SBA office. Small business prime contractors must perform at least 50% of the effort as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.219-14. Notice of Intent to Single Source Award IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) - Our Community Listens The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, through the W7NF USPFO ACTIVITY MIANG 110, has issued a Special Notice for the procurement of "Our Community Listens" (OCL) reflective listening courses. These courses are intended for the 110th Wing personnel at Battle Creek ANGB. Chapman Foundations for Caring Communities is the proprietary owner and creator of the OCL course and is the only source capable of providing this unique service. Therefore, the 110 MSC intends to award a single source purchase order to Chapman Foundations. This notice is not a request for offers and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. An oral Request for Quote will be issued to Chapman Foundations, with an anticipated award date of late Aug 2024. Interested sources may submit a capability statement by 3 PM EDT on 3 Aug 2024, demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement. The Government will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with awarding to a single source based on the responses received. Sources Sought Notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP) The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking potential vendors to provide services for the Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program (D-SAACP). This program aims to standardize sexual assault response to victims and professionalize victim advocacy roles within the SARW (Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Office). The D-SAACP certification is a requirement for personnel within the SARW who provide direct victim assistance or have access to victim data through DSAID (DoD Sexual Assault Incident Database). The DoD is conducting market research to identify parties capable of providing a nationally recognized credential to DoD personnel who provide direct services to U.S. Military sexual assault victims. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing training modules, conducting webinars and in-person trainings, and supporting the modernization efforts of the D-SAACP certification requirements. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and should submit an unclassified capability statement. The statement should include company information, type of business, subcontracting opportunities, relevant experience, and feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
