The Department of Labor is preparing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the operation of the New Hampshire Job Corps Center, which will include Outreach and Admissions (OA) and Career Transition Services (CTS) for eligible youth participants. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services, including academic and vocational training, career readiness, and support services for a total of 300 students, with a minimum annual arrival of 370 students to the center. This initiative is part of the Job Corps program, aimed at assisting disadvantaged youth aged 16-24 in overcoming employment barriers. The RFP is expected to be released on or about January 3, 2025, as a total small business set-aside, with a two-year base period and three one-year options.
