The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is seeking information through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential contractors capable of providing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the AC-130J Precision Strike Package (PSP). The RFI emphasizes the need for expertise in maintenance and logistical support for the PSP, which is a specialized ground attack platform. Due to the ongoing evolution of the PSP, the government does not own the technical data package, making the effort non-competitive. Contractors are required to furnish all necessary materials and equipment and manage Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE), while maintaining a high operational availability rate for the PSP. This market research aims to prepare for a potential 7-year contract (basic year plus six options) concluding in FY33. Interested contractors, both large and small, are encouraged to participate and submit their capabilities by responding to detailed survey questions related to their qualifications. Responses must be submitted electronically, and the government will neither reimburse participants nor use the information as proposals.
