Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) has issued an advance notice for its intent to utilize Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) procedures throughout Fiscal Year 2026. These CSOs, acting on behalf of interagency partners within the Department of War (DoW), will seek innovative commercial solutions for mission and operational challenges. This is not a solicitation, but an informational notice.
