The analyzers must include 5 lasers, have simultaneous 50 parameter detection, include LED pulser technology, have a high throughput sampler robotics, use high-quality photomultiplier tubes, require the use of standard FACS-DIVA software, and be able to process Flow Cytometry Standard files. The Government anticipates making a single award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The place of performance is NIH/NIAID/VRC/FCC in Bethesda, MD. The anticipated period of performance is on or about September 27, 2024, with delivery preferred as soon as possible within 90-120 days.
