The Department of Defense seeks to establish a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the repair of various components related to the C-130 Aircraft System. The goal is to ensure a reliable supply of repaired parts to support the ongoing operation of these aircraft.

The scope of work involves repairing the items listed in the attached Exhibit A. This would require the awardee to provide labor, materials, and facilities necessary for quality repairs. The focus is on delivering a efficient and timely maintenance solutions, as fleet support needs are critical.

To be eligible, applicants should possess the required Source Approval, which can be a lengthy process, so careful consideration should be given to the timeline. Approved sources or those currently seeking approval are preferred.

The contract is expected to be awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source to BAE Systems Controls, Inc., pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. However, the government will consider proposals from all responsible parties submitted within 15 days of the notice.

Proposals should include the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair, with a focus on demonstrating capacity and previous relevant experience.
