The Department of Defense seeks to establish a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the repair of various components related to the C-130 Aircraft System. The goal is to ensure a reliable supply of repaired parts to support the ongoing operation of these aircraft.

The contract is expected to be awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source to BAE Systems Controls, Inc., pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. However, the government will consider proposals from all responsible parties submitted within 15 days of the notice.
