The current lease encompasses 40,353 ABOA square feet, with an existing rental rate of $28.47 per RSF, set to expire on August 21, 2025. The GSA has determined that renewing the lease without full competition is justified due to the significant costs associated with relocation and the limited availability of alternative options, which could disrupt operational efficiency given the proximity to the Lloyd D.
