The Department of Commerce, through the Bureau of Industry and Security, is seeking qualified contractors to deliver a Reinforcement Enablement Simulation Tool (REST) to the NATO Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC) in Belgium. The project aims to enhance NATO's Reinforcement and Sustainment Network (RSN) operations by developing a software solution capable of simulating deployment plans, analyzing network capabilities, and integrating real-time data for efficient logistical planning. This initiative is critical for improving NATO's operational effectiveness through advanced simulation technology, with a contract expected to be awarded by July 2025.
