    Special Notice DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY: Israel Industry Day Meeting for Construction projects in Israel.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District, in conjunction with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (MoD), is hosting an Industry Day meeting to present the Israel Foreign Military Sales (FMF) - Construction Program and contract opportunities for upcoming work valued at $1 Billion over the next 3 years. This meeting aims to provide information to interested United States construction contractors and architect engineer firms on the general scope of USACE design build and design bid build projects within Israel, as well as potential repair, maintenance, and construction opportunities to support MoD facilities in Israel. The meeting will also cover information on the solicitation and proposal process for best value and the future Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). The Israel FMF Construction Program currently has over $250M in ongoing construction projects and over $1B in future projects. The Program projects four to six Best Value acquisitions ranging from $15M to $350M and approximately fifteen $1M to $15M additional task orders on the Israel MATOC(s) over the next 3 years. The Industry Day meeting will be held on October 19, 2023, in the Washington DC Metro Area at the Hilton Washington DC. Interested attendees must pre-register for the Industry Day WebEx by emailing Gilbert Bustillos, FMF Project Manager, and providing company name, attendee names and email addresses, and a reason for attending/suggested topics. Contracts awarded under this program are restricted to US firms or joint ventures of two or more US firms.
