The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, under the Department of the Army, is seeking proposals for a FY26 Environmental Remediation MATOC to support environmental surveillance and remediation services at DoD facilities. The work includes providing all labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, vehicles, tools, materials, equipment, and incidental services needed to execute and document environmental remediation projects, including surveys, assessments, plans, studies, reports, in-situ and ex-situ cleanup, and other mitigation and environmental services. The contract may support U.S. Army Europe installations and other U.S. Government agency requirements in Germany and BENELUX, with a five-year base period and small and disadvantaged business requirements waived because the work is OCONUS. The contemplated value is $45,000,000 shared across the contract pool, and the primary contacts are Sterling Alphonse and Joshua Westgate at USACE.
