    Presolicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking eligible Mentor Firms for participation in the Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor Protégé Program (MPP). The program is in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 219.71 and DFARS Appendix I.
