    Presolicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking eligible Mentor Firms for participation in the Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor Protégé Program (MPP). The program is in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) 219.71 and DFARS Appendix I. The announcement will be posted for nine months, allowing white papers to be submitted at any time. Evaluation of these white papers will occur throughout this time period. Formal Proposals are not being accepted at this time.
