Solicitation notice from the State Department of the United States for internet services at the U.S. Embassy in Mbabane, Eswatini. The purpose of this procurement is to provide wired telecommunications services for the embassy. The services will include digital circuit bandwidth ranging from 30Mbps to 80Mbps, with the ability to increase or decrease the bandwidth within 30 days notice. The contractor will be responsible for providing fractional T-1 fixed cost pricing for the increase or decrease of digital service. The availability of the circuit should not be less than 99.7 percent per month. The government intends to award two contracts, designated as Primary and Secondary, based on the best value for the highest speed among the five Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).
