Description

Notice for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect and Engineering (A-E) Services to Support the USACE South Atlantic Division, Mobile District’s Planning and Design for the Mobile District Military Design and Construction Program. The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, through the US Army Engineer District Mobile, has issued a Sources Sought notice for a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) procurement of Architect and Engineering (A-E) Services. The services are intended to support the planning and design for the Mobile District’s Military Design and Construction Program. The majority of the work will be in the southeastern United States, with the possibility of work at any location assigned to the Mobile District, South Atlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The A-E Services provided under this contract will include various tasks such as renovation/repair projects, new construction, planning, programming, design-build solicitations, value engineering studies, environmental permit applications, facility condition assessments, and the development of construction plans and specifications. The anticipated contract value is $499,000,000 and the duration will be five (5) years. The selected firm must have professionally registered disciplines in various areas such as project/task order managers, architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers, fire protection engineers, interior designers, communications specialists, geotechnical engineers, environmental engineers, corrosion engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, master planners, and cost estimators. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541330 with a Small Business Size Standard of $25,500,000 average annual receipts over five years.
