Description

Solicitation from the Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Air Force, is seeking advanced development of enhanced operator capabilities (ADEOC). This effort aims to develop, mature, validate, and transition technologies under the technology development product lines of the Airman Biosciences, Bioeffects, and Warfighter Interactions & Readiness Divisions. The envisioned technologies will enable, enhance, sustain, and restore the health, performance, and safety of personnel in challenging USAF/USSF mission sets. Additionally, the technologies will support the fielding and use of novel weapon technologies, including directed energy systems, and the development of protective equipment and mitigation strategies in extreme environments. The goal is to provide personalized technologies and data products for use in operational USAF/USSF environments, as well as increase combat capabilities through personalized learning, readiness, and cognitive improvements. The deployment of integrated solutions will enhance situational awareness, maximize battlespace interoperability, and increase combat power while reducing physical and cognitive workloads for Airmen and Guardians.
