The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Air Force, is seeking potential contractors to provide engineering and technical support for High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Hardness Maintenance and Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The objective is to ensure the survivability of HEMP shield systems through structured testing, inspections, and maintenance, which are critical for the effectiveness of these systems against HEMP events.
