    Sources Sought Notice: Department of Agriculture is seeking Online, On-Demand News-Media Monitoring and Analysis (SaaS) services. This service is used to monitor and analyze news and media content in real-time. The service will be provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and should meet the technical requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested businesses, including small, small disadvantaged, small service-disabled veteran-owned, historically underutilized business zones, woman-owned, and large businesses, are encouraged to submit capability statements by January 18, 2023. The government is particularly interested in businesses that can provide examples of SaaS solutions such as Cision, Meltwater, and Kantar iSentia.
