The procurement aims to enhance food security by reserving 75% of peanut product purchases for small businesses, while sunflower butter contracts are fully set aside for small businesses, ensuring equitable access and compliance with specific requirements. Interested vendors must submit their bids electronically via the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM) by January 31, 2025, with deliveries scheduled from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.
