The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Fort Worth District, is conducting a Sources Sought notice for the B-21 Utilities Site Improvements Electric project at Dyess Air Force Base in Texas. This project aims to establish critical electrical, communications, and security infrastructure necessary for the B-21 Beddown, including the installation of compliant flightline perimeter fencing and the main electrical and communication pathways. The anticipated construction magnitude is between $10 million and $25 million, with an estimated duration of 1,095 calendar days.
