These contracts are for leasing Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), accessories, and office document devices for Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and non-foreign Outside of the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). The services include installation, maintenance, supplies (excluding paper), training, reports, relocations, and network functionality/security for up to 60 months at a flat rate. The RFI aims to gather industry feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), assess market interest, and identify small business capabilities. Interested companies must submit a capabilities package (max 10 pages) by December 3, 2025, including company information, business size, MFD manufacturer/reseller status, relevant experience, and comments on the draft PWS.
