The machine must not exceed 3300lbs and feature a 10 HP spindle motor, D1-6 spindle nose, 2.35in through-hole, and a 2-speed geared spindle with 80-2500 RPM. It requires a manual tailstock, programmable coolant, steady rest, follow rest, two collet closers, and upgraded LED lighting. The machine must have a Prototrak RLX touchscreen controller running Prototrak RX CNC software, capable of both manual and CNC operation. All available Prototrak RX software options are required, including TRAKing, CAM File Out Converter, DXF Converter, Thread Repair, Advanced Features, and Tool Table. Full documentation, one day of onsite training for the controller, and a 2-year extended warranty for parts and service are mandatory.
