Combined Synopsis/Solicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE Corrosion/Wash Rack Maintenance/Repair
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for equipment in buildings 228, 233, and 282 at Little Rock AFB in Arkansas. The equipment includes abrasive blast equipment, breathing air systems, paint spray/removal equipment, surface preparation booths, vinyl/decal equipment, and aircraft wash equipment. The contractor will be responsible for following the manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance and standard commercial practices.
The acquisition will utilize LPTA procedures, with the award going to the contractor who provides the lowest price while meeting the technical requirements of the solicitation. Offerors must price CLINs 0001-0006, including all SLINs (option periods and the extension option) on the solicitation.
To submit a responsive quotation, offerors must provide 2-3 past performance references of recent and relevant work performing similar maintenance and repair services. Documentation must include a brief description of the services performed, the period of performance dates, at least one point of contact from the beneficiary of the services, and their direct contact information.
Offerors must also provide a maintenance plan and schedule that meets all requirements in the Performance Work Statement. The plan should explain how and when the offeror intends to accomplish the service, including the types of employees required and any particular elements that will require special attention. The maintenance plan and schedule should not exceed 7 pages.
A site visit will be held on April 17, 2024, at 9:00 AM CST at the Little Rock AFB Front Gate Visitor's Center. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. RSVP to SSgt Ryan Wagner is mandatory by April 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM CST.
