The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District, is hosting an Industry Day event to discuss the TOG Temporary Stables project at Joint Base Myer – Henderson Hall in Arlington, Virginia. The project involves constructing a temporary stables facility that will include a 10,000 square foot building with 26 horse stalls, a 500 square foot storage structure, and a 4,200 square foot temporary office space for 20 personnel, all operational for approximately three years. This facility is crucial for supporting the Old Guard Caisson Detachment, which performs ceremonial duties at Arlington National Cemetery. Interested contractors are encouraged to participate in the virtual Industry Day on January 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM EDT, and can submit questions and capability information in advance to facilitate discussions.
