This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide reagents, consumables, and services for infectious disease testing on Roche Cobas 5800 systems for VISN 22 sites, including VA Greater Los Angeles, Long Beach, Northern Arizona, Loma Linda, Albuquerque, Phoenix, and Southern Arizona Healthcare Systems. The contract will have a one-year base period with three one-year options.
