Combined Synopsis/Solicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking a new excavator bucket with thumb. This item is typically used for construction machinery manufacturing and is specifically required to fit Case CX 210B (MFR 2009). The bucket must be 42in wide and have a capacity of minimum 0.9 yard maximum 1.1 yards. It should weigh less than 3400lbs and have thumb cylinders that are fully enclosed throughout the thumb range of motion for protection. Additionally, the bucket should be able to grip and hold the load securely throughout the full rotation, have a grease bank for simple maintenance, and include a bottom wear plate and side bars for extra grip. Safety features, such as pressure relief valving, should be included to prevent overpowering of the hydraulic cylinders.
