The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is inviting proposals for the FY25 Saltonstall-Kennedy Full Proposal Competition, aimed at enhancing U.S. fisheries through research and development projects. Eligible applicants, including U.S. citizens, non-Federal entities, and tribal governments, are encouraged to submit proposals that address key priorities such as Promotion and Marketing, Development, Infrastructure and Capacity Building, and Science or Technology that Enhances Sustainable Fisheries.
