The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) is seeking organizations interested in submitting Statements of Interest (SOI) for programs that support the policy objective to increase the free flow of objective, independent information into, out of, and within the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK or North Korea).
