FY25 GUIDELINES FOR BROWNFIELD CLEANUP GRANTS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced guidelines for the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Brownfield Cleanup Grants, focusing on funding opportunities to rehabilitate contaminated properties. The EPA plans to award approximately 63 cleanup grants totaling up to $100 million to eligible entities, including local governments and non-profit organizations, with funding ranges from $500,000 to $4 million per applicant.
