The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is forecasting a funding opportunity for the Child Care Policy Research Partnerships (CCPRP) aimed at evaluating the effects of Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) provider and family-friendly policies. This initiative seeks to establish research partnerships between CCDF Lead Agencies and organizations with proven research capabilities, focusing on the impact of recent policy changes implemented in response to the 2024 CCDF Final Rule. The program is significant for enhancing the understanding of how these policies affect child care affordability, quality, and accessibility for working families. A total of up to eight cooperative agreements will be awarded, each with a funding ceiling of $400,000 over five years, with applications due by April 29, 2025. Interested applicants can reach out to Sarah Blankenship at sarah.blankenship@acf.hhs.gov for further information.
