The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering the Fiscal Year 2025 Grants to Improve the Criminal Justice Response Program, aimed at enhancing the response of state, local, and Tribal governments, as well as courts, to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This grant program seeks to support initiatives that promote safety and autonomy for victims, recognizing these issues as serious violations of criminal law. With an estimated total program funding of $23 million, the OVW anticipates awarding approximately 35 grants, with individual awards ranging from $500,000 to $1 million. Interested applicants, including states, Indian Tribal governments, and various victim services providers, must submit their proposals by June 16, 2025, and can reach out to OVW at OVW.ICJR@usdoj.gov for further assistance.
