The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is offering a funding opportunity under the Technology-enabled Collaborative Learning Program (TCLP) to enhance telehealth initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access in underserved areas. This cooperative agreement seeks to support the development and expansion of technology-enabled collaborative learning models that connect healthcare professionals through interactive videoconferencing, focusing on areas such as chronic diseases, mental health, and maternal health. The program is crucial for fostering collaborative learning and addressing health disparities, with an estimated total funding of $3.8 million available for up to eight awards, each with a maximum budget of $475,000 per year over a five-year project period starting September 30, 2024. Eligible Applicants
You can apply if your organization: Provides, or supports the provision of, health care services in rural areas, frontier areas, health professional shortage areas, or medically underserved areas, or to medically underserved populations or Native Americans, including Indian Tribes, Tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations, and Is in the United States or is in Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau, and Is a public or private, non-profit or for-profit entity, a domestic community-based or faith-based organization, or Tribal (governments, organizations including urban Indian organizations).
