The initiative is designed to foster a future workforce with a robust understanding of the value of standards, which is essential for innovation and industrial competitiveness. NIST plans to fund up to eight projects at $100,000 each, with applications due by April 14, 2025, and the anticipated project start date is August 15, 2025.
