The USAID Mission in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, is forecasting a five-year initiative focused on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) with an estimated funding range of $30 to $40 million. The initiative aims to enhance access to WASH services by fostering partnerships with the Government of Tanzania and the private sector, addressing challenges such as non-functional water services and inadequate sanitation facilities. This project is critical for promoting sustainable water resource governance, improving sanitation products and services, and ultimately achieving universal access to essential water and sanitation services.
