The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is inviting proposals to establish the Cooperative Institute Fostering Aquaculture Research and Marketing (CIFARM), aimed at enhancing U.S. aquaculture to address the seafood import deficit and support coastal economies.
