The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is offering a cooperative agreement to support sustainable HIV patient and program monitoring systems in Zambia under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). This initiative aims to enhance the capacity of the Zambian Ministry of Health and the Smart Zambia Institute to ensure that digital health information is accessible to stakeholders at all levels, thereby improving accountability and monitoring of health outcomes related to HIV and related conditions. The total estimated funding for the first fiscal year is approximately $30 million, with four awards expected, and applications must be submitted electronically by February 17, 2026, to be considered. For further inquiries, interested applicants can contact the CDC at pepfarfoas@cdc.gov.
