Special Notice: Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is conducting a Small Business Event Vendor Outreach Session for May 2024. This session is part of the Small Business Outreach Program and aims to provide small businesses with a platform to discuss their capabilities, learn about DHS procurements, and explore subcontracting and partnering opportunities with large businesses. The session is reserved for Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) small businesses. The next DHS Vendor Outreach Session is scheduled for May 23, 2024. Small businesses must update their profiles and request meetings with counselors based on their North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes or core competencies. Meeting spaces are limited, and requests for the May 23, 2024 session will open on May 9, 2024. It is important to read the instructions carefully and note that requesting a meeting does not guarantee acceptance. Small businesses that have previously registered for a Vendor Outreach Session must update their profiles and complete additional mandatory fields. The session will be conducted virtually using various virtual meeting tools, with Microsoft Teams being the preferred tool in cases where certain DHS components cannot access other virtual tools. There is no fee for participating in the Vendor Outreach Session. For more information and to register, please visit the Small Business Vendor Outreach Sessions page on the Homeland Security website.
