The Department of Commerce, specifically the Bureau of Industry and Security, is seeking qualified contractors for the acquisition and installation of Link 22 Tactical Data Link (TDL) test capabilities at NATO Sensors and Weapons Accuracy Check Ranges (SWACR) located in Greece, Norway, and the United States. This project aims to replace the obsolete Link 11 system with a versatile Link Evaluation System (VLES) that will ensure interoperability among NATO maritime units and maintain operational readiness. The anticipated timeline for the project extends from the third quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2028, with a firm-fixed price contract planned for the entire scope of work. Interested contractors must contact Lee Ann Carpenter at LeeAnn.Carpenter@bis.doc.gov and ensure they meet eligibility requirements, including obtaining a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by January 7, 2025, prior to the planned distribution of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) in Q2 2025.
