The NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland, has issued an Invitation for International Bidding (IFIB) for the long-term rental of tents to accommodate large-scale training events and exercises. The center requires additional auditorium and office space for these events.
U.S. companies interested in applying for the contract must meet several requirements: they must have an active facility in the U.S., be approved for NATO ICB participation, hold a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) from the U.S. government, and have successfully provided similar services in the last three years. The approval process for NATO ICB is a one-time application and must be submitted by 25 September 2024, along with the request for a DOE.
The contract is planned to be awarded based on a Level of Effort / Firm Fixed Price model. The estimated period of performance spans five years, with a base period from 2025 to 2026 and four optional periods extending to the end of 2029.
The IFIB will be issued by JFTC on 30 September 2024, and interested parties will have until 12 November 2024 to submit their bids. All correspondence regarding the IFIB should include the reference IFIB-ACT-JFTC-24-87.
