    Special Notice GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) is seeking feedback from industry regarding Brand Name National Stock Numbers (NSNs) awarded and published with this notice. The NSNs were established as Brand Name (BN) specific and GSA wants to verify if the need described by the Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) can only be met by the one particular manufacturer cited or if other manufacturers' products can be offered. GSA has added these items to contract to meet the continued need for DoD customers. Industry respondents are requested to complete an excel template with feedback and supporting documentation for NSNs where viable substitutes are indicated.
